Noel was born in 1958 and the eldest of seven children. Noel is married to Anne and they have been together for thirty two years. They have one daughter and three grandchildren. They were both made new creations in 1983 (Born again). Their first pastor and family were the inspiration for Noel’s passion for the Church and ministry. He was ordained and credentialed in 1988.
Noel progressed through all the roles within the local Church (Toilet cleaner, general helps, Deacon, Board member, Youth Pastor, Assistant Pastor, Interim Pastor and Outreach Ministry).
Noel identifies with the parable Jesus spoke of in Luke 15 having lost his way and struggling with condemnation after witnessing and experiencing the effects of counterfeit ministry. After many years of heart ache and desperation like the Prodigal son Noel finally experienced the love of The Father which was always with him but not understood.
He was first called to ministry at the age of 13 when a definite impression and words were spoken to him (even though he did not understand at the time). After receiving Jesus as his Saviour Noel had one focus and that was to enter ministry. His last experience was a call to minister to the Body as an Evangelist to share the Love of God the Father.
He firmly believes that the ongoing work and ministry of the Holy Spirit in a believers life is to reveal who they are in Christ and equip them to walk in this world just as Jesus did. His passion is to help and encourage others to look to God as their Father who is intimately and uniquely concerned for every individual who is born to Him as a son or daughter.
It is Noel’s ambition to minister hope by developing expectancy in the believer’s hearts and minds based on Philippians 2:12 where it say’s to “work out your own salvation…..” the expectancy is found in Fathers passion for His Children as revealed through Jesus on the cross.
